Shepherd's Pie. It was vey yummy. I substitued ground turkey for the beef, and added carrots, peas, and corn for the veggies. A bit of Cabernet Savignon added for flavor didn't hurt either :-) We have left overs, but it was a hard decision for us to not go back and eat the rest of it.

I just made myself a big ol' salad. Goes with the wonderful warm weather we had today! I bet you were hot! I loved every minute of it. It almost got up to 90 here today. Was 88!!!
