Most breads are pretty easy! That's what I like about it. And it's fun trying different things...adding raisins or oatmeal or different sweeteners or different types of flour...

I've always had trouble with whole wheat breads...if they didn't have some all-purpose, they didn't seem to ever rise.

But this one just did great! I doubt I'll ever buy bread again!

I used Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour...good stuff, has a fine texture.
