GM is offering factory-approved supercharger kits to make their little cars into domestic ricers.

I almost wish I still had my 1970 Cutlass W31 (only 300 made). With the 11:1 compression ratio it needed premium gas, overheated at stoplights, and dieseled when it was shut off. And the fat tires hydroplaned badly. Other than that, it was a fun car.

Hey, the one I looked at was supercharged! That was what caught my attention and made me actually discuss it with the sales-moron! Gees it sounded sweet! It rumbled well enough to make me think I could pretend it was an old muscle car! Oh man!
