But my girl was a black lab.

Only downside...it's all but impossible to photograph a black dog! Kinda sad, really. My brother got a Golden a couple of weeks before I got Jo, and though we have tons of pictures of both...Olav always looks gorgeous and Jo-Jo looks like a black blob.

Rosie; very true re the photos of the dogs, only have a couple of really good ones of Gifford, the lab. Samantha, a golden, was quite photogenic.
