You know..... Maybe we could have stretched this thread into next week if you hadn't done that, Fedora!

Now that I am caught up, I am going to bed. Been sick in bed all day, except for when I went to pick elf-boy up from school and get some medicine on the way home. Spent $42.00, and the only part that wasn't medicinal was the milk, sour cream, and the sprite.
Hmph. Grumpy today, too. 'night all.

but not at the graduate level! Having been there, I would have to say that it is not until the graduate level that education becomes *truly* rediculous.

What's really ridiculous is how much people pay in graduate school to learn ridiculous things! :)

What's really ridiculous is how much people pay in graduate school to learn ridiculous things! :) Quite so... I did my grad school stint at Seattle University. Private Jesuit outfit. Yeesh... I think I paid more *per class* than I ever paid for a full quarter at Wazzu. Yikes.
But that's also were I realized that MBA's are all about buzzwords and little else. You learn expressions like "Process Re-engineering" and then learn how to use those things in a sentence. Beyond that it's all a way for former marketing people to still make a living. :-)

I'm finally back at the pad.
I was accosted down at da waterin' hole. Took forever to get away from there. Was trying to come up with some way to let you know to call me on my cell phone to give me an excuse to get away... but couldn't type with a certain person leering over my shoulder.

Tomorrow there is a teacher training seminar (that I got out of) covering more of the 808 teaching strategies that we should know as educators.

Accosted? You were accosted? Oh no! I'm sorry I wasn't able to come to your rescue. But, are you sure you really always want rescuing darlin'?

So, was this accosting by a female again?
Funny thing, I was sitting here thinking of calling you, but I figured you were havin' an enjoyable evening or you'd be here talking. :-)

There were a couple animes I hadn't seen before on tonight--Witch Hunter Robin and Inuyasha--seen either of those?

To: Wneighbor
Yes, and IIRC it was the same female that I told you about that accosted me there once before. I may have to find another place to go.
