UPGRADE LAPTOP (DELL) FROM USB 1.1 TO 2.0

I have a late 2002 Dell Inspiron 2650 with two USB 1.1 ports. I am wanting to upgrade to be able to use USB 2.0. I know that doing so internally will require massive work not worth the effort. Is there a PC Card (I have one open slot) that will allow me to do this? I know my original ports will work with USB 2.0 periferals but will operate at 1.1 speeds.
