Need help with AOL

I need to save a picture so my son can use it in Power Point. Right click only lets you choose *.art or *.bmp files, we need *.jpg. This is default in Netscape. Anyone else (who is unfortunate enough to have AOL) know how to do it?
Mods, I'll ping you to pull this if you indulge me 'till I get some help.

Save it as a .bmp file then open it with MS Paint then save it as a .jpeg file. Done.
