In Kerry's testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1971 he testified that America was waging a merciless and immoral war in Vietnam. He claimed that Americans were committing war crimes on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command.
How did Kerry come about the knowledge of these day-to-day war crimes unless he participated in them directly?
Kerry needs to fess up, either he lied to Congress in 1971 or hes guilty of war crimes.
