or that, if Perez de Cuellar [Ven.] IS the person described in the book, that Carter had a not dissimilar experience in NYC around 3 AM late that same Nov, or was it already turned to Dec technically, the night after Nov 30? ANyway it was the same night the aliens crashed out there in the great S bay off Long Island. I have even forgotten what year, was it 1999? When did the TWA flight crash on its way out to Paris, right near E Long Is too?

Whatever Perez may have seen, I think Carter saw as much or more, put it that way. I have heard hearsay evidence on that personally.

Yes, yes, I think it very possible that the high level statesman described in the book [Witnessed, by Budd Hopkins] is a carefully crafted composite of both Perez AND Carter!

I can't imagine the aloof aristocrat Perez telling an English-speaking Italian-descended tenement boy in NYC that he was "yore Pappy" can you. Sounds more like Carter.

Interesting. I never had any significant data one way or the other. I think I'd come across faint whiffs about Carter and the Venez. de Cuiellar sp? But I had nothing to really form a conclusion on. Even my feelings about the UN chief were not very strong.
