The Shekhinah, of course, like powerful fluorescent lights, shone forth from the Temple like a powerful lighthouse beam when the Temple miracles were operating, which was c 963- 600 BC; and then again in the Second Temple from c 458 BC - 29/30 AD.

That is why the Temple's windows were angled the reverse of any other building, they were narrow INside, wide OUTside, to let light OUT, to be a SOURCE of light, rather than to let light IN! The plans for the Third Temple also have that feature.

There were additional periods that the Temple was open and sacrifices were conducted, but no miracles.

Thanks.
