This plan would work if they come in small ships, however, if they come in huge motherships floating over a city, chances that this plan would go into effect would be nill.Do you think martial law would be declared?

I believe that it will end up contributing to martial law. I think likely that will be true in the next 1-12 years.
Or, within days of Shrillery taking power.
