How do you know God doesn't compromise His principles? They are His, He can do anything He wants

How do you know God doesn't compromise His principles? "I am the Lord, I change not" Mal. 3:6 - Because He says so.

I'm not sure what "God violating His principles" could logically mean.
It's clear to me that He DOES NOT and will never violate HIS NATURE.
Besides that, HE SAYS HE NEVER CHANGES--whatever that means--it probably means--HE NEVER CHANGES--AT LEAST HIS NATURE NEVER CHANGES.
Certainly Creation is His. But at some point we get nonsensical as when we ask if God can create a rock so big even He can't move it.
Not trying to get totally off topic, here.
