How is it a religious topic and what specifically drew you to the conclusion that there is no intelligent life outside of Earth?

The only way for there to be life on other planets is for God to have put it there or for it to have evolved there. Evolution is a religion contrary to the bible but both are religions. The anti-God crowd would absolutely love to find life on other planets. It would free them from God in their minds and prove their religion of evolution. It will never happen.

As you say, God would have had to make them....It would free them from our earthly religious beliefs...not from God.

"Evolution is a religion contrary to the Bible, but both are religions."

I agree totally, if by evolution one thinks that life on earth, or the diversity of species, can be explained by eons of almost changeless time. A catastrophe every second, geologically speaking, is the way on Earth.

"It will never happen."

Never say never. It already has happened and is the main fact of our time, though not publicly announced. If evil spirits or demons are to blame, they have certainly done a good job of it, and have thoroughly taken in the Government. To all intents and purposes, life on other planets and star systems is already a fact. Intelligent life, as well. Superior to ourselves in the ways most moderns would assess superiority/ inferiority.

Let's turn this around, for the sake of argument. What if we do find life on other planets. It doesn't even have to be anything advanced- something no more complex than an amoeba. What does that do to one's religious beliefs?
