When I saw "postscript" I thought they meant the film needed to include the Resurrection.
Does it? Anybody?

Foxman wants Mel to make a cameo appearance on screen after the movie, preaching that this movie is not about HATE? what the heck, does Foxman think CHRISTAINS are a bunch of idiots that do not know the story of Jesus Christ?
This guy is a nut he might need to understand the GOSPELS, and his croonies, but we don't need him to teach us about the GOSPELS....This guy has some nerve....
PLEASE SUPPORT THE PASSION IT'S GOING TO GET BAD IN THESE LAST DAYS...

When I saw "postscript" I thought they meant the film needed to include the Resurrection. I hear it's a trilogy:
Passion of Christ: The Messiah Strikes Back
Passion of Christ: Return of the Messiah

As I hear it, there is only an empty tomb at the end. Jesus visiting the Apostles is not shown.
I hope I didn't spoil the movie for anyone by giving away "the ending". Actually the message of this film is to give away the ending to everyone. Jesus died for our sins and in His name we are forgiven. Jesus is risen.

My understanding is that it does, but only in a "postscript" kind of way. This is one aspect where I fear Mel may have taken some artistic license. I don't mind artistic license as long as it is consistent with the purpose and spirit of the scriptures.

to include the Resurrection. I seem to recall reading that he ends it with the Apostles at the empty tomb, or something on that line.

I thought they meant the film needed to include the Resurrection. I have read that the last scene shows the empty tomb after Our Lord's Resurrection. I don't know specifically how Mel handles this.

The claim is that the movie is about the last 12 hours of Christ's life...
so when I read "postcript", I thought of the Resurrection, His reappearance,
ascension...
and how about "Postcript II: The Day Of Pentecost"?
