What do you mean? How does this negate the story of the "GOSPELS in the New Testament..
I am not questioning the generalities. I am questioning one part of a larger recollection.

What if we start changing the OLD Testament around to suit people that think the stories are to violent for children to hear or that we should apease to the theory of Evolutionists?
It depends what part you mean. The Five Books of Moses were written by God. Everything else was written by man.
I do not neccesarily believe that everything in 1 or 2 Kings is the WHOLE truth, only that it is a A truth.
If two people see the same event, they may have different recollections. No one is lying, but neither may be giving a full and 100% accurate recollection later.
If you will note, there are elements in some Gospels, not found in others. That does not make them lies, but simply shows that they were written by men. When we start questioning to Word of G-d we are in major trouble...
Matthew wrote the Gospel, not God. Perhaps there was divine prompting, but where do you get the idea that this was written by God?

You know The BIBLE was written and inspired by men obviously...G-d is a spirit we both agree on that I'm sure.

But if we get down to facts as Evolutionists do, then we are in trouble..As modern people we have a BIBLE that is the center of our belief as well as FAITH which involves prayer.. Sure we have some ancient sites or some ancient writings, but if your looking for solid proof? isn't that questioning G-d?

As a child I studied the BIBLE regretfully at that time..Adam Eve Cain Abel, NOAH Soddom and Gommorah all the stories, TEN COMMANDMENTS, and although they were intersting at times it really had no impact on my life, because I wasn't in search of G-d, not until my search and faith and prayer directed me to JESUS CHRIST I wasn't truly inspired by the BIBLE. It's FAITH and JESUS who brought me closer to G-d and to the BIBLE as a means of favor and closeness to the Almighty.

If I did not have Jesus in my life the Holy Bible for me would just be a big book of stories...
