What are you the keeper of?

The names of ping lists kept by other people, or all the ping lists including the names of people that want to be pinged for a specific list?

I could interpret some of the comments as thinking the latter!

The names of ping lists kept by other people. Who has what lists in other words. Glad you said something, I wouldn't want others to misinterpret as well. I will try to be more clear in my wording.
