And, as you said, it wasn't that bad at all! Not real, maybe...but fairly tasty just the same.

In fact, my mom acknowledges that fact and calls her's chili soup.

I'm very conflicted at the moment... the one conversation going on here is making me hungry, and the other conversation is ruining my appetite.....

My mother accuses me of making a starter chili whenever it is my turn to make the spaghetti sauce... LOL.

(indignantly) waddaya mean there isn't any chili powder or cayenne in spaghetti sauce! At least she still lets me cook at her house, though. My spaghetti must not be that bad.

My chili is purty good (and vey spicy), but PE really likes to make chili, so I let him.
