Performance was OK. I felt pretty out of it after not having played for about 10 months.

Cool story about the music minister though... It is someone I know from back in my AZ hometown. He directed music at a couple of the baptist churches there (not at the same time, though - moved jobs due to church politics, etc.), so I have done lots of gigs with him. And he just happened to get a job at a church here in Olympia a couple months ago.

Sounds like God to me! Are you planning to go there again or was this a one time thing? Would be good to be someplace where you know someone AND get to play music!
