OT: so what kind of architecture you looking for, prairie, true ranch, two story, southwest, bungalow? Pretty much everything round these parts.

Oh....anything that doesn't look like a box or like every other house on the street. There was another house on 5 acres that looked like a barn and "needs some TLC" that was within acceptable commuting distance.
I usually click on the Victorians...but they're either teeny tiny or big. 'Course if I had to choose, I'd take big but that means more housework and I'm just not the Flylady type.

I have located all hammers now. They are all exactly where I can lay my hands on them in 30 seconds at present.... for now...
