I wish you were here with me, then you could visit with me while I get my manicure!

I wish I'd thought of this while I was pregnant...I could have really used a foot rub a couple of times, my feet would ache so. And didn't you say they massage your feet when you get a pedicure? That's about it for me as far as massage goes...nobody's laying a hand on me otherwise! LOL

LOL... when I read your post about wanting the manicure I was SO wishing that you lived here cause I woulda picked you up and taken you for it yesterday! I love them so!

Don't know if you remember I mentioned it but my friend Celia here took me for one the day after Thanksgiving. For years and years I have always had these fake acrylic nails.... but when Grama got so bad last winter I just didn't have time to keep them up and let 'em go. Then, after she died I was so depressed I never went and got them again. Apparantly this bothered Celia cause she know how much I love them. I would think about it but just *not do it.*

It meant a lot to me that she finally put her foot down on Thanksgiving day and said, "Tomorrow you are going to meet me at the nail salon and get them done!"

And yes! The pedicure with the foot massage is heavenly to me too. I can just almost fall asleep! :-)
