I hate dealing with the DMV - the motor vehicle and driver's license folks. Not sure if they're called the same thing everywhere. The lines are always horrible, the customer service is terrible, and they usually seem unorganized. Last time my renewal went well, but that was a major surprise to me.

Usually the one near my house is not too bad. I can get in and out within the hour. However, they have a big sign now that since 9/11 eveyone has to form a queue outside until they find out exactly what you want, then they tell you where to go. There is only one person working outside, so you see... Anyway, I gotta run for now. My eldest is begging me to come sit with her. See yous tomorrow!
