I can't be sure but I think if Lady had called the coyotes in she'd have snapped a few necks. She didn't seem to like hearing them in "her" territory.

Well, I wouldn't put my suburb-soft dogs up against a coyote, they're small, but they fight for a living. And it was especially bad for Zulu. We put her in the truck till long after it had quieted down again.
