I sleep sitting up too, but that's a different story altogether. As for buckwheat pillows, they are great. They are sorta soft, and mold to your contour. Really good for those with feather allergies, though you don't have to worry 'bout that :p I gave my dad some mini pillows when he was having aches in his back. He would heat them up in the microwave and they retained heat very well. Don't know what happened to them, and have looked but not found any smaller pillows on sale. Wish I had one.

I've seen old colonial-era beds that were designed to let people sleep sitting up--I guess that used to be popular? I tend to like to have my feet elevated myself, though I think sitting up might be good for my sinuses.
