BTW, we are on a metaframe that is all controlled from the network admin side, with all the software residing on the server. The way it's constructed, I probably wouldn't be able to install anything on my PC anyway. And most people don't even have a PC, they just have a Neo, basically a dumb terminal (can't remember the official name of it).
And now, I'd better call it a night so that I can make it back to the loony bin on time in the morning. Thanks for making me laugh about the insanity of it all!

You're right, they'll have the workstations locked down pretty tight, if they're smart (but then, we've already addressed that, haven't we?). Sounds like they've got the whole network running on some kind of thin-client architecture.
Metaframe is for L____... oh, nevermind. I so completely detest the attitude that produces such things. It's completely antithetical to my whole world view.
