BTW, Rosie, those peanut butter balls do sound good :) I never heard of those before. Does remind me of when I used to help my Mom make peanut-butter cookies, though :)

Oh yes! Peanut butter cookies were one of the first things we got to help make! Used to do them with a criss-cross on the top - with a fork. We got to do that part.

I love peanut butter cookies...preferably just a bit past "done". Mmmm...

But we used to have those peanut butter balls pretty often when I was really little, I think because they're no bake and at that time she didn't have bigger kids around to bake or help with the little guys. They're just peanut butter with a little honey for sweetening, enough powdered milk to make them stuff enough to roll into balls, and then she usually rolled them in coconut or wheat germ. Yum!
