I can't imagine how I'd react if someone did that to my child...yes, accidents happen...but I think I would have had a very hard time with forgiveness. She sounds like an incredible woman. I'm glad she was able to have another baby! Not that one child could ever replace the other, but...

Yes, she does have the other little girl now...cute as can be. However, she told me today that this little girl she has now is an extra blessing because apparently, something is genetically messed up with her and her hubby...she miscarried not too long ago and the baby was also profoundly deformed...would not have lived.

They aren't going to try again, she said.
