Personally, I came to this site hoping to hear an outcry concerning the proliferation of pornography in the mainstream...I was sadly disappointed. It is not available only for those who seek it out, it is shoved in the face of ALL; in supermarkets, on billboards, Internet pop-ups and television. I am a young married woman and am so discouraged by those in my age group especially, as well as those of you who really think that casual sex with multiple partners is entertainment rather than a sin.

I'll grant you the internet pop-ups, but you only get those if you go on adult sites. They don't come out of nowhere. As for the rest, I can't really think of any example where actual pornography appears in supermarkets, billboards or television (at least, not regular television).

Do you mean sex with multiple partners at once? Very few of us have actually engaged in that, I would wager. If you mean seeing it on video? That might be a sin, I suppose, if you believe in that sort of thing.

Welcome to FR. There are many here whose morals have not been subsumed to the death spiral of pop culture. Just not too many on this particular thread.

You got that right. Not only are men made to feel entitled, with the constant presence of near-porn everywhere, but now the endless ads inviting us to enlarge our penises. Voiced in sultry tones. Who suffers? Kids. A society that sexualizes everything has abandoned its children. Note the articles this evening concerning teachers arrested and bestiality in Sweden. And the usual porn-lovers flocking to this thread.
