Someone needs to tell those girls what happens if you have your belly button pierced and you get pregnant later. My husband is an obstetrician. I don't know if it happens in every case, but some of them stretch and enlarge and never go back to the original size. Same for tattoos on the abdomen. That cute dolphin could end up looking like a distorted whale.
