I was just thinking, Palm Beach state attorney Barry Krischer's releasing of private correspondence between Rush and his lawyer should at the very least cause this case to be thrown out, mistrial, or something like that!

I love the guts that Rush Limbaugh has. It cracks me up that he loves living down here in Liberal-ville, but where better than here to start educating the misguided?

My favorite "giraffe" with guts who always stuck her neck out was Barbara K. Olson. She was a fearless fighter, and a great American! Not to mention, she was absolutely beautiful, and a wonderful role model to women. I can't help but wonder what she would have thought about Rush's medical records being grabbed. Probably the same as the FBI files being lifted and relocated.

There can be no mistrial without there first being a trial. It can't be thrown out. There's nothing to throw out. Criminal charges have not been filed.
