Has to be a working link. The tagline alone won't work. But if you use Mozilla with the right little extension installed, you can click on an unlinked URL (such as in a tagline) and it will open in a new tab. I love Mozilla.

Well, I learned something new. A lot have been singing the praises of Mozilla lately.
Would be nice if Google could somehow use that when tabulating, huh?
