The "hand signals" Ted Kennedy used are also an insult in many Arab and other countries. And it was precisly those persons who dislike USA that Teddy K. was making gestures for.

You don't think that our overseas enemies fail to watch the State of the Union address do you?

Don't you know that Teddy K. has at times in the past, injected himself so deeply into foreign policy matters by taking ill-advised overseas trips, that he has essentially tried to usurp Presidential power from time to time?

Those "hand signals" were carefully chosen and intentionally used so as to give the USA hating mockers that love Teddy K. (because Teddy K. hates USA) some grist for the mill.

It amazes me that even many so-called thinking people are unable to grasp the fact that Ted Kennedy is utterly vile and is also very well practiced at working the camera.

Those "hand gestures" were not just accidentally caught on tape. Rather, Teddy K. knew the camera was on him and did it on purpose.
