Chip Carter (alledged son of Jimmy) just appeared on Hardball with Chris Mathews to voice his support of Howard Dean. If you saw it, did you get the impression that Chip might be a chromosome short here? Man, I heard banjo muisc playing in the background throughout the whole segment!

If it is the one I am thinking of, he lived down the street from me in Evanston when I was younger, I think he was just out of college at the time. And yes, I heard the music from deliverance when I past his apartment.
