This is news to me that the fans don't embrace it. I certainly do.

The Charlotte all-star race gets great ratings because of the suspense going into the final ten laps.

Kenseth won the Championship last year early without doing anything more than being consistently good.

Boring.

Make the end of the season interesting, and switch the times to not conflict with the NFL.
