I don't get Britney's appeal. She's not that good-looking (and even unattractive, judging from one candid "without makeup" tabloid photo I saw). I've not heard her music, but from what I've read in tabloids, and heard on Matt Drudge, she's a shallow airhead. Which is to be expected from most people her age today, and even those older.
As for the Rabbi, he's worse. He's trying to stir up some controversy that will hopefully become a talk radio topic. IOW, he's hoping to ride Britney's coattails to some minor fame for himself.

As someone not of her generation I think she is a bad influence on young people.
And no I am not a fat,bald,man.
I am a Mother and Grandmother who wants a better role model for her family.
