A close friend of mine found his current spouse in Russia and have been quit happy now her in the U.S. for approx. 2 years now.
His divorce settlement, at the height of the recession, devastated his potential retirement funds and his current employer offers no pension plan. If he can not live comfortably on whatever wealth he can accumulate in the next 10 years, he intends to relocate to the Ukraine where by their standards whatever income he has will allow them to live quite comfortably there......
