Having sexation, looking at sexy people and having a healthy attitude toward sexual pleasure improves health and saves lives.
Looking at Breasts is Good for Men's Health
Medical experts have discovered that looking at women's breasts is good for a man's health and can add years to his life. According to the New England Journal of Medicine: "Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics workout," declared Dr. Karen Weatherby.
Researchers at three hospitals in Frankfurt, Germany compared the health of 200 male outpatients. Half of them were told to look at busty women several minutes each day, the other half were told to avoid looking at women's breasts. After five years, the girl-watchers had "lower blood pressure, slower resting pulse rates, and fewer instances of coronary artery disease."
"Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulation," explains Dr. Weatherby. "There's no question: Gazing at breasts makes men healthier." "Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack in half. We believe that by doing so consistently, the average man can extend his life four to five years", she said.
Life Unlimited(1) commented; "This new scientific research opens a world of possibilities Playboy and Penthouse could soon find their way on doctor's prescriptions; as treatment for ensuring healthy blood flow and pumping hearts in the male population. Perhaps forward thinking employees could ensure that breasts are displayed in men's toilets so that stress could be reduced in the office environment. Never mind the apples, the new catch phrase will surely be "ten minutes of breasts a day keeps the stroke at bay".
Sexation Saves Lives
Reuters(2) reported that: "Men can halve the risk of a major heart attack or stroke by having sex three or four times a week, a specialist in cardiovascular disease said yesterday."
The University of Bristol conducted research on 2,400 men in the Welsh town of Caerphilly. "[M]en with no history of major diseases were asked a wide range of questions, including whether they had sex once, twice or three or more times a week."..."What was found when the men were followed up over the next 10 years was that those who'd had three or more orgasms a week were half as likely to have had a heart attack or a stroke," Professor Shah Ebrahim said.
Woman strips to save her husband
"A desparate woman stripped off on a remote road to attract attention from passing motorists after trying for three hours to flag someone down to help her injured husband. Ana-Maria Botea, 25, tried to get help after husband Valeriu was kicked unconscious by his horse near the town of Galati, Romania. Not one car driver heeded her frantic waving. Yet as soon as she stripped, two men in the first car to come along stopped to get a better look. They agreed to take the injured man to hospital, where he is now recovering. From his sickbed Valeriu said: "I've got the cleverest - and the best-looking - wife in the world."

Flirting at work good for life at home
-- Richard Owen; The Times (London): Sep. 26, 2001
"Flirting in the workplace is not only a good way to relieve anxiety and stress, but can strengthen relationships with partners at home, according to a survey in Italy. Seven out of ten Italians find that giving their working environment an erotic charge helps them to get through the day, the Italian Gestalt Institute reported yesterday. It also makes them more relaxed and confident when they return home in the evening...The report said this showed that the creation of a playful atmosphere through banter and compliments helped to boost self-esteem among colleagues, reduce friction and establish a collegiate work environment", [as long as] the erotic play was kept within limits and the tone was kept light."
On The Tonight Show, Nov. 6, 2001, Jay Leno mentioned that in the Netherlands, a man had been given a prescription to have sexual relations with legal prostitutes by his doctor who said it would relive stress and lower the man's blood pressure.
