"My apologies for this thread, folks. But at this point, I'm willing to take a longshot.
Last Thursday evening, my mother was struck by a car while taking an after-dinner walk. She had been making slow improvement over the past week, but in the past 48 hours, she's nearly stopped responding to outside stimuli. There's one more test that she needs to go through before she is declared to be braindead, and I'm hoping for a miracle. If you'd like to say a quick prayer for her, I'd appreciate it. Her name is Cheryl. Thanks.
BTW, I think this is the third Freeper parent to pass away over the holidays. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a very happy holidays."
