I believe it. I'm a little late feeding my cat this a.m. So, uncharacteristically, she bit my index finger. Then, she went for the cord to the electric blanket. I think I better go feed them all now. (50 cats... I'm a spinster, you know. lol) sarcasm tag

Starvation is a hideous thing, as you know, and cats are only semi-domesticated (as some say Myttly is, which I can't really argue with !) This is why Muttly is never without his Official Muttly Universal Skeleton Key (12ga. 3" Magnum...or his trusty sixguns...which are not only a fashion statement)

When living things are captive, and made dependent, just like in the non-free human world...it is a prescription for all sorts of evil, ugly things.

Now please excuse me, I have to get back to my staring-contest with Fluffy next door.

I had to put my Yorkie down this October...he wasn't a manly dog but he sure had attitude and loyal as can be

Hmmmmm. If we were all as brave as those little terriers we would be ruling the planet.

Oops! We are. I guess we are as 'manly' as is need be. :)

Get another dog as quick as you can. The only cure for the loss of a beloved pet is another one.
