I'm thinking she is going to jump in in '04 in which case Billy gets a reprieve. I just saw her good buddy Eleanor Clift on McGoofy Group and she has been steadfastly saying Hillary would not run till '08... until today. Today she said something along the lines of 'When Hillary runs, be it '04 or '08....."
