From what I've heard of Germany's reconstruction, this sounds HIGHLY improbable, but I'm not sure where to get proof to debunk it.

The History Channel did a special on this a few days ago and stated over 40 deaths in the western (US/UK/French) occupation zones.
A review of the book "Werwolf!: The History of the National Socialist Guerrilla Movement, 1944-1946" mentions several dozen allied deaths after the surrender.
