Lady(demo)caller on Quinn is miffed.(probably about saddam's capture)
Quinn in the morning(Pittsburgh) ^ | 12/15/03

Listening to Quinn this morning. An older lady calls and says if the radio station his show is on does political commentary or play music. Quinn told her that his show has been on 11 years and only now she is calling. She says that she wants to listen to music.

The funny thing is that the station Quinn's show is on plays classic rock and she didn't sound like a classic rock listener, but a NPR junkie. She hung up.

Also Quinn's saddam theme is now, Humble Pie's, "Thirty Days in the Hole".

By chance, was Katie's garb an "Old Crusty" rip-off?

Nah it wasn't an old crusty ripoff. But it is something a woman would wear if a member of your family died. I guess saddam was a close member of Katie's family.

Couric, representing NBC (and French interests): "We (at NBC) all hope and pray that Saddam escapes harm, and hopefully flees to Syria."

--- That's a great choice.

Saddam may have been captured alive, but, he was already six feet under!

"Scottish Law"/Single Bullet Sphincter thinks Saddam may have already suffered enough.........reported by a caller a moment ago! Wow, if that is true!

I can't still believe she said that. She is a nut case.

Gotta go for awhile, TSW, take it easy.
