I went over there a couple of days ago to register and perhaps do a little trolling, but after reading the rules, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Not out of any sense of propriety for obeying the rules, but that I'd just feel too dirty.

Yes, but they are now democrats in name only. Democrats who care for individual Freedom and Liberty need to be exposed to these "democrats". The Democrat party of old is gone, ruined. It is now controlled by anti-American, big government socialist who call themselves democrats for convienance. They would have no power functioning outside the 2 main political parties. Just for the fun of it, I applied for and recieved a username and password to DU. It took me three days to get the permanent boot, and only that long because a holiday was involved and the web-nazi was napping. These people are as "progressive" as Stalin and Mao were; that is to say, not a bit.

They will tolerate absolutely no disagreement from the narrow way, and anything but extremeist blog is simply not tolerated.

I have showered, and cleaned the crud from under my nails since my last visit there, so it's probably safe to reply to this.

Bottom line folks: These are Howard Dean's constituents. Bush has nothing to fear from them at all.
