I felt like running today, I cut down a pine tree bout 4 to 5 inches around and the darn thing fell on my truck and thank goodness it fell on the bed of the truck. Then, I cut down a bigger tree and it fell slap dab on my newly transplanted trees. I decided to put the chain saw up and take out the heavy shears and cut some small bush, no problem with were they fell unless it fell on a ant or worm.
OK, I will admit I got cold up there, it was in the 40's but the wind was howling out of the north so I didn't do all that much, just stayed busy. Going up there again tomorrow and start fixing my pole bean poles. I found some Bamby that was about 30' long and will make some good poles for the beans. Man oh man, I sure love it up there.
D made a big ole pot of soup today, just what I need for supper so with that I shall depart and engage in satisfying the ole stomach. Talk to ya'll a little later on.

Toby, take care of yourself. Sometimes the things you do are scary.
