"Not necessarily, the Cylon's may have used her DNA or photos. Anything is possible in a Sigh Fi."

That's true, especially with this show. Which I must say is what I like about it. I NEVER would have bet Head up her Butt would leave the little kid. Wrong actor, wrong track record for this kind of show. Nice to see a little bit of real moral dilemma for a change.

Absolutely number two scene was when the had to leave the non-FTL ships, and STWHUA has to make a hard hard decision. Very well done scene, and nice effect with just the missiles coming and the whiting out. Made me think of 9-11 and the kids who were on the planes going to see Grandma.

But I am a sucker for any scifi that has capital ship engagements. having the ending action sequence be BSG vs. Two Cylon battlestars covering a retreat was awesome. I dont know why Galactica even has fighters, did you see the weaponry it fielded? the entire ship is covered with Batteries.

Also the way Starbuck rescued Apollo deserves a special mention. I guessed that she was going to rescue him in a way that defied physics, but it was totally believable and blew me away. Extremely good piloting skills there.

Very last scene was basically "Gee we'd like to do another movie so lets make sure and leave them hanging"

Overall the movie had its low points but the high points and the overall way they upheld the original concept while fixing the glaring plot holes in the original left a much, much better movie. Hats off to the guys who worked on it.
