Quite frankly, the primary reason I posted this was the total stupidity o WND for publishing this piece. The article itself is a joke.
It is like the old routine on the old Dick Cavitt show. He invites a representative of a Polish citizen's group to protest Polish jokes. The representative tells insulting joke after joke and the audience cracks up.
The only difference here is that WND doesn't realize that they are part of the joke. It makes it difficult to ever take them seriously.

What a terribly ungenerous thing to say.
Let's say that this whole big G god business is a cosmic joke, and then let's further say that common bodily functions are special, especially if they concern activity usually reserved for small rooms with good ventilation, and then let's, by extension, agree that all manner of execrable productions, be they concrete or abstract are the highest form of expression, does that make them art?
We are not here for your pleasure, I am here to take the pulse of the heartland, I shiver when it fibrillates.
The common denominator of the immature is their desperate need to be seen; oh, I tire of this, tootle on.

Finally, a sane response; explanation accepted.
I understand humor, I also know dirt when I see it.
Why hit a mule with a hammer when a nice, soft two by four will do?

Why hit a mule with a hammer when a nice, soft two by four will do? That is the question we should be asking of WND. Questionable programming? Maybe. But why did they publish this piece? Worse yet, why didn't anyone here take them to task for it. I think there is a need for that hammer- unfortunately.

I thought the movie was not nearly as good as the episodes. That's usually the case with made-from-TV movies. Stone and Parker ran out of steam about midway through the movie.
But the v-chip thing was quite funny.

That is a great movie. Way over the top.

I watched the episode with Mr. Slave and the gerbil ("Winkydinks?)Lemmiwinks!

I was less offended than disappointed... It's just a
dumb-@$$ movie. Then again... South Park kinda humor maxes out after 30 minutes, so I was silly to be surprised by how poor it was.

This type of thread is why I am becoming very disenchanted with FR lately, especially this year - too many children. This type of response is what helped to keep the conservative cause an ineffectual minority one, for far too many years: too many humorless horses asses. :)

Thirty years the same crowd of tight silk panty religiocratic demagogues were committing sepuku over "monty python's flying circus" and the condom sex protestant catholic jokes.
Some age-old advice for those who cannot eat the hay while spitting out the sticks (even a cow knows how to do that), "turn off the damned thing if YOU cannot handle it and get the heck outta my way!"

The only movie scene rivalling the first part of the South park movie for sheer hillarity is the scene of the lisping Pontius Pilate (Michael Palin) in Life of Brian My vote for the funniest movie scene ever is the one in Blazing Saddles where Cleavon Little holds his gun to his head and threatens to "shoot the nigger" unless the townspeople lower their weapons.
To: Nachum
If people actually set aside their shock over the pottymouth (it's not for kids people, despite being a cartoon), they'll figure out that Trey Parker and Matt Stone are Republicans. They've parodied everything from Al Gore's recount obsession to people trying to be overly tolerant to gays around children.

I find South Park hilarious! It really cuts the left wing off at the knees. The right wing too. But it really dumps on the left more.

"One more time, mate, I'll take you to the F-ing cleaners!"
