Early in the advent of the CCW, Tennessee decided that it was not going to honor the Mississippi CCW permit in Tennessee because Ms doesn't require the classroom etc. that other states require. After several Tennesseans got jacked up with their CCW permits not being honored in Ms, Tennessee decided that Ms permits were ok. Then Ms honored Tennessee and all has been hunky dory since.
I like the idea, Southern states start jacking around Mass, NY, Conn, and NJ travelers. There are a helluva lot more Yankees traveling here in the South than there are Southerners traveling up there.
