Back during the Mass. gay marriage flap, there was speculation on the news that if a gay couple from another state got married in Mass., and their home state refused to recognize the marriage, they could conceivably force that state to do so if the USSC ruled that the Full Faith and Credit clause of the Constitution required the other 49 states to recognize it.
Since then I've been wondering if the same argument couldn't be made regarding CCWs.
