Homeland Security [vs Holy Spirit] has raised the BEHIND THE SCENES threat level to RED, FUNCTIONALLY IN TERMS OF WHAT HS EXPECTS OF LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT and other officials. For how long? I don't know. The dates listed were 25-27. We don't know what they know.

Clearly they have reason to avoid crying public WOLF too often. Yet they have the double bind need to be very vigilant and alert--perhaps even extra so, here, now.

Sounds like a reasonable compromize between opposing horns of a few dilemas for HS.
