I'm unaware that we can use the same words with the same meanings. Well, my friend, if you study language at all you will realize how easy that is to do. Heck, even if you don't study it--it is the mark of a manipulator.
I limited the title merely because of the 100 character limit. I was as informative within those constraints as I knew how to be. I was not in the least trying to be a microgram of deceptive at all.
The title limit I believe. The other I do not, because I sincerely believe you are someone who wanted to post religious belief as standard news. And to you that might be one and the same, but to others it is not because they don't know who Francis is. Frankly, from what I've seen, I don't like Francis. I don't like him at all. He strikes me as an opportunist and a drag. He could be doing his best to be honest; I don't know. But he doesn't come off that way to me, and the very fact that he presumes to know what additional horrors might befall our country makes him somewhat suspect. I don't like him. I think he's not honest. Why else would he have to resort to such tactics?
It's amazing that many can see accurately what I did but you cannot.
Many? Who are those? I don't see too many here "seeing" that. Please deal with reality. I know you have your faith, and your faith is sacred and good, but don't continue to distort things, please.
who wanted to post religious belief as standard news.
NO!!!!!!!!!!
I DID NOT!
But NEITHER did I want to avoid including the spiritual and especially prayer aspects of the post.
IT IS HIDEOUS DUPLICITY, HYPOCRISY, IRRATIONALITY to me that we can talk ad nauseum about Iraq and Moslems etc. and all the valid relevant aspects of the religious factors in the situation.
YET, WE BELIEVERS ARE EXPECTED TO NEUTER, CENSOR, REMOVE WHOLESALE any such flavor on our side of reality in a country founded on Biblical principles for the free exercise thereof by fierce Believers. What a travesty.
And what a mockery of Conservatism as I see it.
In terms of the religious aspects of the post, I merely wanted those inclined to be aware and to pray as they felt led. The rest can ignore every word and line they are not interested in or inclined to be offended by. I do that with posts by others from value systems averse to my preferences when fitting and necessary.
As to Francis, I'm sad you have that impression. He's a quality person. And I'm super critical of spiritual leaders. He's among the top. I'm sorry he's not come off that way to you in this post. He's remarkably humble and loving given all the givens. He also tends to be generous hearted and kind. I respect him enormously. I'm surprised and a bit shocked that others, even nonbelievers would have trouble respecting him.
