And so we toast the
two of us
we do not know
the woe the
forefathers knew
of a new grand land
so with fear and awe

they lifted a mug
of cheer and Thanksgiving
that first year and
we hold this ceremony
this eve hundreds of
years later and from
many lands our
nation great is being
tested once again

In God We Trust
our nation to stand
whole and under God
in this FREE LAND
